What age can I start FACIAL FITNESS?

These exercises are for everyone. The youngest person I taught was in their 20’s. Eva’s oldest client was in her 80’s. I truly believe that it is as important to keep your face healthy and toned with exercise as it is to keep your body healthy and toned with exercise. Plus it gives your skin a wonderful glow from the increased circulation of oxygen and nutrients.

Why learn one-on-one?

These exercises are quite complex and everyone has a different level of muscle awareness. I strongly believe that learning from a trained practitioner means that you learn correctly from the start and will be able to achieve maximum benefits. I also believe that if you have been taught the exercises correctly that you wont give up. You will then have your own, tailored, life-time programme to use forever.

How many lessons will I need?

The course consists of four lessons starting from beginners to advanced. Each lesson takes between 1.5 and 2 hours. At the end of the four lessons, you will take home a programme of exercises that you can practice in the privacy of your own home.

When will I notice a difference?

I would love to say immediately but there is no magic wand! However, these exercises will re-awaken your facial muscles and you will be able to feel the muscles begin to strengthen even after the first few weeks. As you progress through the course your muscles will become stronger and stronger and you should see a marked improvement over the next 4 to 6 months. The secret: Work out for 15 minutes a day for a minimum of 4 days a week until you are pleased with the result.

How long should I leave between lessons?

It is recommended that a period of two weeks should be left between each lesson, allowing time to practise the exercises and build up muscle strength before moving on to the next level.

How often do I have to do the exercises and how long do they take to do?

The exercises take approximately 15 minutes, four times per week.

Where do the lessons take place?

Lessons are by appointment only and take place in a small, private studio in Küsnacht, Zürich.

Is there any reason why I couldn’t do Facial Fitness?

These exercises are for everyone. However, if you have recently had Botox then it’s best to wait for 3 – 6 months after having it as you need to be able to move the muscles in order to exercise them. If you have only had a tiny bit and are interested in trying Facial Fitness then please contact me and we can discuss further.

I would really like to buy some Facial Fitness lessons as a present for someone. Is this possible?

Yes, absolutely. Facial Fitness lessons are a wonderful, unique gift that last a life-time! Mothers, fathers, aunts, uncles, sisters, brothers, god-parents, friends would all be delighted by this unique gift.

I would like to learn with some friends. Can I learn in a group?

Yes, absolutely. I teach small groups of up to 3 people.

Do I need to come back after I have finished the course?

It is recommended to come back to have a revision lesson once or twice per year. This will ensure that you are practicing correctly and getting the maximum benefits.

Do you do home visits?

Yes. Home visits are possible but will involve an extra charge depending on where you live. Please call me to discuss further.

What language are the lessons taught in?

All lessons are taught in English. Additional material is available in German for you to use at home.

I can’t make my lesson - what do I do?

Please call or email Facial Fitness. Cancellations need to be made 48 hours before the lesson or a full cancellation charge will apply.
